At Lake Conjola Bowling Club, we offer a variety of options to host your special event. From barefoot bowls in the sunshine to your own private cocktail lounge area, there are plenty of options for events of all types and sizes.

We have a range of set menus and food options available for you to choose from or we can tailor a menu to suit your needs. Our kitchen team led by Executive Chef Andy Russell and restuarant manager Georgia Owen are standing by for all your catering requirements and we also have spit roast and BBQ options available.

Our spaces:

BAREFOOT BOWLS

The bowling greens are great for groups of all sizes and are a fun way to host your event. We offer BBQ packages or finger food served out by the green and there is plenty of shaded outdoor seating. Why not try barefoot bowls - the perfect party option for all ages!

LARGE ALFRESCO ROOM

Our large function room which extends outdoors is capable of catering for all events including weddings, birthdays, themed events, and more. The space can accommodate groups of up to 120 for sit-down meals or up to 130 for cocktail parties. We have bar facilities close by and ample room for entertainers.

OUTDOOR BBQ AREA

The Clubs BBQ Area is the ideal space for those looking for a unique and relaxed venue to hold their event.  With a covered and alfresco area, the BBQ area is a great place for christenings, family reunions, birthdays, and staff events. Our spit roast style catering has also proven to be very popular in this space.

PRIVATE LOUNGE AREA

Perfect for smaller groups and with easy access to the bar, our lounge area overlooks lush bushland and is a fabulous area for a cocktail party. Kurt and his catering team are standing by to create a menu suited to your needs and the area can be partitioned off.

Catering 

"The White Rose Brasserie" in liaison with the Club management will cater to your every need and turn your special occasion into a memorable event.

Themed Functions

Catering for themed functions is one of our specialities and we are more than happy to assist you in setting the mood for your special occasion.

Portable Bar Facilities

The Club now has a portable bar service of which we can place outside at your function, offering two varieties of beer on tap, also your choice of selected beverages. For all your beverage selections please call our Administration staff to discuss. (02) 4456 1272

Access to Bowling Greens

You can also choose to play barefoot or lawn bowls whilst you hold your event here at the Club.  (Conditions apply, please ask.)

Security

If the Club requires Security Services to be present at any function the cost will be incurred to the person holding the function.
